Finca La Chorrera is a 3.5-hectare farm in Huila, Colombia, managed by third-generation producer Víctor Alfonso Bonilla and planted entirely to 5,500 rare Bourbon Aruzi trees at around 6,200 ft. Bourbon Aruzi is a distinctive Colombian variety, first found as an unusual mutation in Cauca, with genetics tracing back to Ethiopian landrace.
