About this coffee
Shyira takes its name from the washing station in Nyabihu, Rwanda, a region known for some of the country's most sought-after specialty lots. These are washed Red Bourbon beans grown high in the mountains at 1,850 metres and above. It's a clean, classic expression of Rwandan coffee. Roasted light by Manhattan Coffee Roasters in the Netherlands for both filter and espresso.
