Uganda - Sipi

From Sipi on Mount Elgon, this washed Ugandan blends Nyasaland, SL14 and SL28 grown between 2,000 and 2,300 metres. Fully washed, it's lively and sweet, with blackcurrant and kumquat giving way to cola gummies and a black-tea finish. It comes from Enimiro, a sourcing project working with 231 smallholder farmers across eight zones, spotlighting an origin that often goes under-recognised in specialty.
