Kanzu Medium

Kanzu Medium is a washed Bourbon from Rwanda, sourced from a private wet mill that gathers cherry from around 60 nearby farms. Growing here benefits from high altitude, a lush ecosystem and volcanic soil, and smallholders — many with fewer than 200 trees — deliver hand-picked cherries to the station.
