Kanzu

Kanzu is a washed Bourbon from Rwanda, processed at a private wet mill that buys cherry from roughly 60 surrounding farms. The area has much of what coffee needs — high altitude, a lush ecosystem and volcanic soil — and smallholders, many with fewer than 200 trees, hand-carry their carefully picked cherries to the station.
