About this coffee
Cyesha is a natural-process Bourbon from 500 smallholders delivering cherry to the Cyesha washing station in Nyamasheke District, grown between 1,450 and 1,800 metres. It captures a classic Rwandan profile of baking spice and black tea, lifted by fruit from the natural process, with a depth the roaster likens to pinot noir or nebbiolo.
