About this coffee
A washed Pink Bourbon from Luis Marino Ortega's farm in San Agustin, grown at 1,840 m. The cup is very sweet and round, tasting of blackcurrant and mandarin with a finish that recalls meringue. Like all lots under Café Pista's Colectivo label, it hails from the south of Colombia's San Agustin region. Roasted light as an all-rounder by Café Pista in Canada.
