A Wush Wush from José Giraldo in Colombia, pushed into new territory with an extended anaerobic fermentation that amplifies the variety's exotic, floral side. The process layers in deeper tropical and fermented fruit while keeping its aromatic lift intact. Expect pineapple, orange and bergamot with a juicy, refreshing mouthfeel.
