About this coffee

A naturally processed Ethiopian lot from Daye Bensa Coffee, produced by Assefa and Mulugeta Dukamo in the high-elevation Sidama region. The drying brings out the clarity and vibrant fruit the roaster loves from these coffees, with a cup of yellow raspberry, rose and bergamot. It balances juicy sweetness with elegant, delicate character. Roasted light for both filter and espresso by Manhattan Coffee Roasters in the Netherlands.
