About this coffee
A washed Ethiopian heirloom from the Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, grown at 2,173 m. True to its name, it's light and delicate, leading with white peach and lemon before black tea runs through the middle and a soft elderflower note closes things out. A returning favourite on the roster. Roasted omni-style and light by DAK Coffee Roasters in Amsterdam.
