Plum Butter is a natural SL14 and SL28 from Bulambuli Washing Station in East Uganda, produced with DAK's long-time partners at Ibero at around 2,300 metres. It's an unusual profile for Uganda: deep, smooth and fruit-driven rather than heavy. Dark plum, grape cordial and cacao give it richness with balance. Roasted medium for espresso by DAK in Amsterdam.
