About this coffee

The return of the Mejorado from Pepe and Jose Jijón, this time from their high-altitude farm Putushio at 2,222 meters in Ecuador. The land is steeped in history, with artifacts dating back over 3,000 years and a rugged terrain Pepe describes as mystical. This washed Typica Mejorado is a refined, high-grown cup. Roasted light for filter and espresso by Manhattan Coffee Roasters in the Netherlands.
