This is a natural-processed Geisha 1931 (lot Oma #142) grown at Gesha Village in Bench Maji, the Ethiopian farm founded by Adam Overton where the variety traces its roots. Drying the beans inside the whole cherry pushes the cup toward candied lemon and honeyed sweetness, laced with jasmine. It's a delicate, medium-bodied coffee with gentle acidity rather than a bruiser. Roasted light and omni-suitable by April Coffee Roasters in Denmark.
