About this coffee
A washed Pacamara from Feliza Huanca in Calama, in Bolivia's Caranavi region, grown at 1650 m. It's bright and layered, moving from plum and stone fruit to pineapple and gooseberry with caramel sweetness holding it together. Bolivian lots are rare and often requested, so Kaffeelix jumped at this one. Roasted light for filter by Kaffeelix in Austria.
