About this coffee
A classic washed Ethiopian from Gedeb Wereda in the country's South Region, grown at 2000–2100 m from heirloom selections 74110, 74112 and 7454. It's an elegant, fruit-forward cup: toffee and milk chocolate underneath orange blossom, apricot and peach, with a floral lift. One for anyone who loves clean, textbook washed profiles. Roasted light for filter by Kaffeelix in Austria.
