Nuevo Paraiso is a washed Bourbon from the La Concordia district of Chiapas, where small farms of one to two hectares climb between 1,350 and 1,800 metres, often right beside the family home. The cup is soft and sweet, with stewed pear and cocoa giving way to a gentle floral finish. Roasted light for filter by Ethica Coffee Roasters in Canada.
