About this coffee

This natural-processed coffee comes from El Paraíso, a farm in the Buesaco region of Colombia now run by second-generation grower José Ignacio Gómez. Established in the last decade of the 20th century, it was among the first in Buesaco to plant coffee, and under José's leadership it has become a key player in the area. Drying the cherries whole brings depth and sweetness to the cup. Roasted light for filter by Even Coffee in Canada.
