Cosmo Plum is a honey-processed lot of Caturra and Castillo from the Buesaco Collective in Nariño, Colombia, where farms sit on volcanic soils between 1,600 and 2,000 metres. Brought together through DAK's work with Fusion Coffee Exporters and Nordic Approach, it's a collective lot with real clarity. Dark plum, purple grapes and brown sugar come through sweet and well-structured. Roasted medium for espresso by DAK in Amsterdam.
