Booze Cruise comes from Diego Robelo at Aquiares in Turrialba, Costa Rica, grown as Centroamericano — a hybrid of Sarchimor T-5296 and Sudan Rume. This anaerobic natural is a no-fuss crowd-pleaser: round, sweet and just boozy enough. Purple grapes, cherry praline and brown sugar bring dark fruit and plenty of sweetness. Roasted light as an omni-profile by DAK in Amsterdam.
