About this coffee

A washed Pink Bourbon from Frank Torres's La Indonesia farm in the La Union area of Nariño, grown at 1,750 m. It's rich and layered, with raspberry, black cherry, chocolate mousse and a whisper of spice. A small 96 kg lot sourced via Apex Coffee Imports over a two-year relationship. Roasted light as an all-rounder by ZAB Café in Canada.
