About this coffee

From the rising region of Chirripó, this Costa Rican coffee is grown by Rigoberto Alaya Blanco and José Ureña Ulloa at 1,495 metres from Catuai and Caturra. A white honey process, dried on tiered raised beds, yields a cup of dark chocolate, marshmallow and spice. Roasted light as an omni-roast by Transcend Coffee in Canada.
