Golden Waffle is a honey-processed Typica from Ana Maria Crespo in Azuay, Ecuador, grown at around 1,650 metres. It has returned to DAK for four years running, and for good reason: it's sweet but still remarkably clean in the cup. Think waffles, maple syrup and cookies. Roasted medium for espresso by DAK in Amsterdam.
