Kamavindi — Washed SL28 & SL34 (AA)

This is a washed Kenyan AA grown by Peter Mbature at Kamavindi Estate in Embu, built from the country's benchmark SL28 and SL34 varieties. It cups the way great Kenyans should — blackberry and red apple fruit lifted by a floral top note. This season marks the first time Peter has separated the harvest into a pure selection of SL28 and SL34, a quiet but meaningful milestone. Roasted light for filter by April Coffee Roasters in Denmark.
