Poppy Soda is a washed Pink Bourbon from Sebastián Ramírez at El Placer in Quindío, Colombia, grown between 1,650 and 2,000 m. Despite a fairly elaborate washed process, the cup is all about clarity: lemonade, jasmine tea and ripe peach, with a bright, almost soda-like quality that earns the name.
