Racing Into The Night is a limited "half-caf" edition built by Hatch Coffee, pairing a co-ferment caturra with the return of El Placer's Red Fruit Decaf. Grown by Sebastian Ramirez at 1,750 m, it leans into ripe, playful fruit and warm sweetness. Expect strawberry and brown sugar rounded out by a red wine depth. Roasted medium for filter by Hatch in Canada.
