About this coffee

This lot is a collaboration between Las Margaritas and Lost Origin Coffee Lab, a Panama City processing lab founded in 2023 by Franz Zeimetz and Andy Typaldos. The pair came to coffee through beer, and their lab sits above their own craft brewery, Casa Bruja, using custom fermentation tanks that track temperature, pressure and agitation with brewer's precision. It's less a wet mill than a fermentation laboratory. Roasted light for filter by Even Coffee in Canada.
