About this coffee
Grown at El Ingenio in El Salvador by the Urrutia family, this coffee is milled at San Antonio, Enrique Urrutia's wet mill. The cherries pass through a series of depulpers each calibrated to a different ripeness, with the first set only for ripe red fruit — a rigorous sorting that keeps underripe cherries out of the lot. The result is a cup built on clean, selective processing. Roasted light for filter and espresso by Manhattan Coffee Roasters in the Netherlands.
