About this coffee
A honey-processed Bourbon from Rene and Ana Cristina Hernandez's Farm Santa Cristina near San Salvador, grown between 900 and 1200 m. Ripe cherries are hand-picked, sorted and pulped to give a smooth cup of walnut and milk chocolate with starfruit and a fine acidity. A direct import that has been a fixture in the Kaffeelix range since 2014. Roasted medium for espresso by Kaffeelix in Austria.
