This is a washed Chiroso grown at 1,900 meters in Colombia's Urrao Valley, a region known for its cool temperatures and distinctive growing conditions. The variety has been cultivated here for roughly two decades, producing elongated seeds and cups prized for their bright, floral character. Each batch is roasted to order.
