Las Perlitas is a washed Pink Bourbon drawn from small lots across Huila, Colombia, grown between 1,900 and 2,300 metres. The elevation shows in a lively acidity balanced by fruity sweetness and delicate floral notes, giving an elegant and complex cup. Roasted medium for espresso by Ditta Artigianale in Italy.
