From the Barbosa family's Fazenda Joia Rara, this Yellow Catuai is fermented as whole cherry in sealed tanks before drying as a natural. It opens with a hit of classic anaerobic funk, then settles into a clean, juicy cup of passion fruit, green apple and gummy bears with lively acidity.
