Eldorado – Brazil

Eldorado is a natural-process Catuai from the Faleiros family, who have farmed in Alta Mogiana for more than a century. Grown at 1,000–1,150 masl and dried slowly on the world's largest suspended patios, it's gentle and sweet, with soft stone fruit and melon over a full-bodied mouthfeel.
