La Huerta is a washed Catimor grown on the slopes of Santa Barbara Mountain in Honduras. It opens with soft botanical and floral notes before settling into red apple, then rounds out with a gentle walnut finish. A bright, easygoing cup that balances delicacy with a little nuttiness.
