About this coffee
A natural Catuaí grown at 1,600 m at La Tina in Chinacla, Honduras, from longtime DAK partners Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera. It's round and silky, with hazelnut, cacao nibs and blackberry — a natural fit for milk-based drinks. Moises only began producing naturals a few years back, no small feat given how humid and tricky drying can be in Marcala. Roasted medium for espresso by DAK Coffee Roasters in Amsterdam.
