Cosmo Plum is a honey-processed Nariño lot of caturra and castillo, grown on volcanic soil between 1,600 and 2,100 m around Buesaco. It's a collective lot brought together through work with Fusion Coffee Exporters and Nordic Approach, and the honey process is what builds its sweetness and jammy character. Expect dark plum, purple grapes and brown sugar. Roasted medium for espresso by DAK Coffee Roasters in the Netherlands.
