About this coffee
An exclusive collaboration with Colbo in New York, this is a washed Guatemalan from Huehuetenango, grown between 1,350 and 1,600 metres. It's a rich, comforting espresso profile of chocolate pie and almonds, with orangette brightness and date sweetness. Available only here and in store at Colbo, in limited quantity. Roasted medium by People Possession in France for espresso.
