About this coffee
A natural-processed heirloom (varieties 74158, 74165, 74110 and 74112) from Sidama, grown high between 2,200 and 2,300 m. It's vivid and fruity, with raspberry, guava and Earl Grey tea. The coffee comes from Elto Coffee, run by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene. Roasted light as an all-rounder by ZAB Café in Canada.
