This washed Typica Mejorado comes from Fincas del Putushio, the latest project from Ecuadorian coffee visionary Pepe Jijón and his son Jose Ignacio Jijón. The farm sits at a mouth-watering 2,200 m, and the variety is capable of going head-to-head with some of the world's best Geishas. Pepe's approach is rooted in a deep respect for nature.
