This is Onyx's second release of Fincas del Putushio, a new planting from Jose Jijon in Ecuador. Working with his father Pepe, he adapted lessons from Finca El Soledad to a high-elevation farm in a different region. Through trial and challenge, the effort yields a tremendously clean and elegant cup. Roasted light for filter by Onyx Coffee Lab in the United States.
