Andres Martinez is a washed Colombian coffee the roaster likens to white wine — crisp, light and refreshing yet flavorful. Grown by Andrés, a biochemical engineer with coffee-growing roots who now owns two farms in Cauca, it reflects a deeply hands-on producer.
