A washed AA lot from Kagunyu, one of three washing stations run by the Rumukia Farmers Cooperative Society in Nyeri, drawing cherry from roughly 600 smallholders on volcanic soils between Mt. Kenya and the Aberdare range. Ripe cherry is carefully sorted before depulping, fermentation, washing, and drying on raised beds.
