A fully washed Yirgacheffe from Kochere, grown at 1,950–2,200 m on the classic local varieties Kurume, Dega and Wolisho. Washing away the fruit before drying gives a clean, delicate profile that reads as smooth and tea-like. Look for orange and apricot with a sugar cane sweetness running underneath.
