A fully washed heirloom lot from Kochere in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, built from Kurume, Dega and Wolisho plants grown between 1,950 and 2,200 m. Clean and tea-like, it moves from orange and apricot into a sugarcane sweetness with a smooth finish. This is the kind of washed Yirgacheffe that explains the region's reputation.
