Worka Chelbessa Medium draws on many small farms in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe, home to heirloom varieties from the surrounding forests and the terroir famed for introducing native Ethiopian floral coffees. This roast is soft and rounded, with caramel, a delicate cherry-blossom scent, stewed peach and a honeyed finish. It's certified organic too.
