About this coffee

This washed Gesha comes from Finca El Diviso, high in the mountains of Pitalito in southern Huila and one of the most influential names in modern Colombian coffee. The upper Magdalena valley funnels warm air through the mountains to keep temperatures stable, while elevations of 1,750 to 1,900 metres slow cherry maturation even further. Those conditions suit Gesha, the famously aromatic Ethiopian variety. Roasted light for filter by Even Coffee in Canada.
