About this coffee
A washed Ethiopian from the Metad Alaka washing station in Hambella, Guji, blending the 74110, 74112, 74140 and 75227 varieties grown at 2,100 to 2,200 m. Datura visited the station as the final stop on their trip to Ethiopia, arriving too late to see processing but able to explore the farm. Harvested across December 2025 and January 2026. Roasted light for filter by Datura Coffee in France.
