A washed G1 lot from Guji, Ethiopia, grown from heirloom varieties and cleaned of all fruit before drying for a clean, bright cup. Expect lively notes of cranberry and rhubarb with a sweeter lift of peach syrup. This is a limited lot from Habtamu, a producer who has featured across Prodigal's menu all season and who accounts for perhaps half a dozen of their Ethiopians this year.
