This washed Heirloom comes from Aricha Wubanchi, in the heart of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown at 2,200 metres. The high altitude gives a bright, clean cup where lively acidity meets a gentle sweetness, with notes of peach and lime. Roasted medium for espresso by Ditta Artigianale in Italy.
