About this coffee
Darling comes from the Danche Washing Station in Gedeb, Ethiopia, and takes an unusual route: a sealed anaerobic ferment followed by a full wash. That combination builds complexity while keeping the cup clean and light, with the cherries handpicked, sorted and floated before processing.
