About this coffee
A co-fermented SL9 from India, sourced through Alai, a partner on a mission to de-anonymize Indian coffee by buying directly from small-scale experimental producers. Grown by Dr. Aveen and Dr. Yogitha, it's released as a special Diwali celebration coffee. Roasted light for filter by FUNK Coffee in Canada.
