A DAK team favourite that has cycled through the line-up under a few names over the years, Berry Blues is an anaerobic natural heirloom grown high in Oromia, Ethiopia. Producer Esayas Beriso slow-dries the cherries in the shade, building a cup full of dark fruit and playful sweetness. Expect cashew butter, grape soda and myrtle liquor — fun, boozy and easy to love. Roasted light for both filter and espresso by DAK in Amsterdam.
